Who we are
JetPass Crew was founded by a current Part 121 airline pilot who understands firsthand the realities of life on the line—early departures, late arrivals, circadian disruption, irregular schedules, time away from family, and layovers that often make healthy living an afterthought.
We believe the demands of our profession shouldn't come at the expense of our long-term health.
The aviation lifestyle presents unique challenges. Limited access to quality fitness facilities, inconsistent nutrition, disrupted sleep, chronic stress, and constant travel all make it difficult to maintain healthy habits. Over time, those challenges can impact not only our careers, but our quality of life long after we've hung up the uniform.
That's why JetPass Crew was created.
Our mission is to improve the healthspan—not just the lifespan—of airline crews. We believe wellness isn't measured simply by how long we live, but by how well we live. Our goal is to help pilots and flight attendants stay stronger, healthier, and more resilient throughout their careers and beyond.
Today, we're building a nationwide network of quality fitness partners located near the hotels airline crews actually use, making it easier to prioritize exercise while on the road.
Tomorrow, our vision extends even further. We aim to build a comprehensive wellness network that supports every aspect of life on the road through strategic partnerships focused on fitness, nutrition, recovery, and overall well-being—helping transform every layover into an opportunity to recharge.
JetPass Crew wasn't created by outsiders studying the airline industry. It was built by someone living it every day.
Because no one understands the crew lifestyle better than the people who fly it.
Your Layover. Upgraded.
