JetPass LLC Member Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JetPass LLC (“JetPass,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in JetPass, using our website, mobile platform, or accessing partner fitness facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Service

JetPass LLC provides eligible members access opportunities, discounts, passes, or arrangements with independent third-party fitness facilities (“Partner Facilities”). JetPass LLC does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control any Partner Facility.

2. Eligibility

Membership is intended for airline pilots, flight attendants, airline crew members, and approved travel professionals. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership at our discretion. Members will not share their access with other non-members.

3. No Guarantee of Facility Access

Facility access is subject to each Partner Facility’s hours, capacity limits, rules, maintenance closures, staffing, holidays, and local policies. JetPass LLC does not guarantee availability at any location.

4. Independent Facilities

Each Partner Facility is independently owned and operated. JetPass LLC is not responsible for:

  • Facility conditions

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Employee conduct

  • Cleanliness

  • Security

  • Parking

  • Injuries occurring on premises

  • Changes in pricing or amenities

5. Health & Fitness Participation

You acknowledge physical exercise carries inherent risks including injury, illness, disability, or death. You should consult a physician before participation.

6. Member Conduct

Members must comply with all Partner Facility rules and staff instructions. Misconduct may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Membership Fees

Membership pricing, billing terms, promotional offers, and renewal policies may be changed upon notice.

8. Cancellation

Members may cancel according to the cancellation terms displayed at signup. No partial refunds unless required by law.

9. Account Sharing Prohibited

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JetPass LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of any Partner Facility or membership.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JetPass LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of services, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida where JetPass LLC is owned and registered.

13. Changes to Terms

JetPass LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
